Columbia & A is a unique development in Columbia Core, it is a hybrid hotel and condo project. Being Pinnacle International's first condo project in San Diego since 2005 and their first hotel project. This tower consists of ground floor retail, a base of 231 hotel rooms, and the top has the condo area. The condo segment has 202 units, amenities include meeting rooms, fitness, a rooftop pool, a terrace, and likely more.
