Located just south of Little Italy, Columbia & A is an under construction 39-story mixed-use tower in Downtown San Diego. A hybrid hotel and condominiums project, it is Vancouver-based developer Pinnacle International's first condominium project in San Diego since 2005 (Pinnacle Marina Tower), and their first hotel project in San Diego.

The tower consists of ground floor retail, a mid-section of 231 hotel rooms, and the remaining upper floors consist of the condominiums. The condominiums segment has 202 units, and amenities include but are not limited to meeting rooms, a fitness center, a rooftop pool, and a terrace.

As of May 2026, the 231-room hotel located within this tower, Le Méridien San Diego Downtown (or Le Méridien San Diego Pinnacle Hotel, the hotel's website currently refers to itself by both interchangeably), had rooms available for purchase on Marriott's website starting October 21st, 2026. However, as of July 2026, the hotel's opening had been pushed back to January 2027.
