Completed as of October 10th, the Kettner Crossing project is a senior housing development in Little Italy, built on surplus county land. This Senior Affordable project has 63 Affordable Units, and one caretaker unit. The project offers amenities such as a ground-floor BBQ, a library, and a shared laundry area. Adjacent to the Little Italy Trolley Station, served by the blue and green lines, Kettner Crossing provides convenient access to the rest of San Diego. This development is poised to enhance the community, bringing new life to the area.
