The Manchester Pacific Gateway Hotel is a highly anticipated hotel project located on the south side of Broadway, nestled between Harbor Drive and Pacific Highway. Originally conceived as part of the expansive Navy Broadway Redevelopment, it has since evolved into a standalone endeavor led by the Manchester Financial Group.

This grand hotel is set to soar 36 stories into the skyline, offering an impressive total of 1,161 hotel rooms. Beyond its luxurious accommodations, the project includes a captivating public park on the western side of the plot. The NAVY Broadway Complex Park is envisioned as a dynamic urban oasis, featuring an expansive event lawn, a sophisticated performing pavilion for cultural events, and thoughtfully designed seating areas that invite relaxation and contemplation.
