This project will feature 621 units, as well as 30,000 square feet of ground floor retail space which is intended to be set aside for a grocery store and a variety of food and beverage options. Also included will be three levels of underground parking for residents and guests. The estimated time of completion for this project is in 2028.

Avalon Mission Valley represents just one part of the SDSU Mission Valley Campus, which is expected to have roughly 4,600 units of housing, over 1 million square feet of research space, 95,000 square feet of retail and a hotel. It will enable SDSU to add up to 15,000 new students.
