Shoreline completed in April 2024, is Affirmed Housing's 100% affordable housing project also located at Grantville Station. Home to a future 400 residents making 30% to 60% of the area median income, these units also range from studios to 4-bedrooms. The property has laundry rooms on every floor, bike storage, a community room, and a shared kitchen. The building also has “a lush, 26-foot-wide paseo that leads to the main entrance and several paths through and around the building”, according to Affirmed. This open space allows the project to more easily access the planned park behind it and the Grantville station.
