Recently completed along El Cajon Boulevard, the 125-unit Tenney North Park adds eight stories of new housing and street-level activity to one of North Park’s busiest corridors.
The mixed-use development contains 3,190 square feet of retail, including a café and parking—above which 28 studios, 73 one-bedroom units, and 24 two-bedrooms reside. 10 of the units are deed-restricted low income. The site was formerly taken up by a Postal Convenience Center storefront and some single family homes.

Designed by Danielian Associates, the project centers on light, openness, and indoor-outdoor living. A central amenity deck anchors the building, connecting residents to a California room and rooftop pool that blur the line between inside and out. Wrapping it all together is a vibrant, art-forward façade that reflects North Park’s creative energy while bringing a fresh, contemporary presence to El Cajon Boulevard.
