A new hotel is under construction in Cortez Hill, and its actually 2. This building consists of a Home2 Suites by Hilton 130 room hotel, and a Tru by Hilton Hotel 133 room hotel. It will have shared amenities like a rooftop pool, bar, and patio but both brands are limited service hotels. Tru hotels generally have self service amenities like snacks and drinks, breakfasts, and more but no room service or other higher end style perks. They are also designed for longer stays and people who work remotely with work spaces and often computer read setups in rooms. While Home2 Suites is dedicated to longer stays, often with larger rooms and whole computer setups. They cover simular roles however the difference is space and price. This building will also host a ground floor restaurant.
